I'm Jon Evans. I love making music. After graduating from Berklee College of Music in 1991, I moved to California and quickly became part of the burgeoning music scene in the San Francisco Bay area. Over the next 20 years, I found myself recording and touring internationally with the likes of Linda Perry, Tori Amos, Chris Cornell, Sarah McLachlan and others. Meanwhile, I built my first studio and home base- San Pablo Recorders an intimate, multi room recording facility where I produced and engineered countless records as well as composed for commercials and film soundtracks. The pull to spend more time back east was strong, so when the opportunity to build a space that incorporates vintage and modern gear with inspirational views presented itself, I jumped at the chance.

My per sonal goal has always been to make great music by collaborating with people who are willing to share their inspirations and explore possibilities. Give me a shout - let's talk about making your next recording!
